About Mitch
I joined the NZL army in 2004 and served 10 years with as a combat solider with 1RNZIR.
I held several roles specifically a section commander, I specialised in small group tactics (reconnaissance) and tracking. I did two operational tours overseas as well as domestic helping with the Christchurch earthquakes as a first responder and the New Zealand police and search and rescue with tracking tasks.
I also conducted private security on seas and land here and abroad hunting modern pirates in the Middle East and domestically looking after New Zealand first boy band Titanium.
I am a qualified personal training and have some great success today with numerous nominations and been as finalist at the NZ fitness awards.
Fitness has been a massive part of my life and through experiences in combat and everyday life I understand how important fitness is for the “success of the mission” and the positive effects fitness has on your mindset or wellbeing.
My training is heavily influenced by the army which gives me a great Point of difference.
